When you create an account or otherwise interact with the Services, we may collect:

Email and newsletter
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our mailing list and send newsletters and updates to subscribers. When you subscribe, your email address is stored and processed by Brevo on our behalf in accordance with Brevo’s Privacy Policy. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Video platforms
The Services display video content hosted on third-party platforms, including YouTube. When you watch embedded or linked videos, those providers may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with. This Policy does not apply to third-party services that we do not own or control.
06Donations & Payments
If you choose to make a donation to support TCTT, we collect the email address you provide (used to send your receipt) and the billing and payment details needed to complete your gift. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and handled under its secure, PCI-compliant systems — we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes this information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We retain records of donations (such as the amount, date, and associated email) as needed for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Donations to TCTT are not tax-deductible.
07Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
08Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of passwords and encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

You can access and update most account information directly within the app. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@tcttchannel.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
10Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app’s account settings, or by emailing us at contact@tcttchannel.com with the subject line “Account Deletion.” When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal information associated with it, except for information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
11Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
