01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Renacy Corp, the operator of TCTT TV (“TCTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our website at tcttchannel.com and our mobile applications (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
03Your Account
Some features require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at contact@tcttchannel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
04License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services or their content.
05Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:

- Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or post unlawful or infringing content.
06Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, features, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by Renacy Corp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The TCTT name and logo are trademarks of Renacy Corp. Except for the limited license granted above, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or rights to you.
07Third-Party Content
The Services may display or link to content hosted on third-party platforms, including YouTube, and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and your use of them is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
08Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content will always be available.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renacy Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renacy Corp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
12App Store Terms
You obtain our mobile applications through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to those platforms’ terms.
For applications downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Renacy Corp only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. For applications obtained through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
